Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so up to 15 calendar days after purchase by sending an email to xanystonesglobal@gmail.com

RETURNS:

Remember to do this within 14 days. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • If the product is used, the refund will not be processed.
  • The customer must ship the product to our offices at their own risk and expense. They must ensure that it arrives undamaged.
  • Only the price of the product will be refunded; the shipping price is non-refundable.
  • After those 14 calendar days, the refund can no longer be processed.
  • If you wish to return an order of more than €45 in full, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Xany Stones reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received. We will not be held responsible if the package sent by the customer is lost or misplaced during shipping.

Important: If you received a free gift and wish to return it, you must also return the gift. If you return the item but do not return the gift, the price of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount.

CHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, it must be for an item of equal or greater value than the one you originally purchased. If you wish to exchange it for a less expensive item, we will issue a voucher with no expiration date for the amount you paid for the original purchase.
  • The exchange process will be completed within a maximum of 4 business days from receipt of the package. This is in addition to the 24/72 hour shipping time.
  • If you exchange for a product of a higher price, you will have to pay the difference.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the outbound shipping costs and must ship the package at their own risk and expense.
  • In the event of an exchange or return with customs fees, these costs will be borne by the customer. If payment is not received, the shipping company will return the package to the customer's address.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Xany Stones and will be done via express delivery (24/72 business hours).

IMPORTANT: Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. We recommend that you carefully check the size of rings and bracelets before making your purchase.

    Return of a defective item.

    Item damaged by external causes within the warranty period.

    All our products have a warranty; however, if your product has been damaged for reasons beyond the company's control (poor care of the jewelry, scratches, loss, theft, or contact with abrasive products), we will not proceed with its replacement.

    Item purchased during promotional periods.

    If you return purchased items, you must also return any free products you received. If you wish to keep the free items, you may do so, but you will not receive a refund.
