Shipping and Delivery

IMPORTANT: All orders placed on the website are shipped the next business day.

Information needed for shipments to the Canary Islands

Orders placed from the Canary Islands will require a National Identity Card (DNI) or Passport number so that the package can clear customs and arrive at the customer's address without any issues. This information will not be used by Xany Stones under any circumstances; it will only be used by the shipping company to provide the necessary documentation to customs and ensure the package arrives correctly at its destination.

Variation in delivery times

Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, sales, or national holidays, it may take us one to two days to process your order. Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance during these times.

Shipping address changes

If you wish to change your shipping address, you must notify us immediately after placing your order by emailing xanystonesglobal@gmail.com . If you notify us more than 12 hours after placing your order, it will not be possible to change the address.

Customs costs

Xany Stones will not be responsible for any customs fees charged by the agency in the destination country. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs, if applicable.

IMPORTANT. No one will be home at the delivery address.

The shipping company makes 2 home delivery attempts; if the recipient is not at home on either of those delivery attempts, the package is returned due to delivery impossibility.

In the event that this occurs and the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for the new shipping costs. Once the customer has paid these costs, the package will be reshipped to the address provided.

If delivery to your address is not possible, in some locations such as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, or parts of mainland Spain, the package will be held at a local delivery office. The customer must collect the package from that office within the next 15 business days.

Xany Stones will not be responsible for any packages that have not been collected within 15 working days at the Post Office because all packages deposited there are not returned to the sender.
